N.C.T.E Information (Regularity Body):-The national council for teacher education in its previous status since 1999, was an advisory body for the central and state government on all matters pertaining to education,with its secretariat in the department of teacher education of the national council of education research and training (NCERT).Despite its commendable work in the academic fields , it could not perform essential regulatory functions to ensure maintenance of standards in teach education and preventing proliferation of substandard teacher education institutions . The National policy on education (NPE), 1986 and the programme of action there under , envisaged a national council for teacher education with statuary status and necessary resources as a first step for overhauling the system of teacher education .The National council for teacher education .The National council for teacher education as a statutory body came into existence in pursuance of Act 1993(No.73 of 1993) on the 17th August,1995.
Objectives of N.C.T.E:- The main objectives  of  the NCTE is to achieve planned and coordinated developement of the teacher education system throughout the country,the regulation and proper maintenance of norms and standards in the teacher education system and for matters connected therewith.the mandate giver to the NCTE is very broad and covers,the whole gamut of teacher education programmes including research and training of persons for equipping them to become teachers at preprimary, Primary,secondary and senior secondary stages in schools , and non-formal education,part-time education , adult educational distance (correspondence ) education courses.
Organizational Structure:-NCTE  has its headquarters at New Delhi and four regional committees at Bangalore , Bhopal,Bhuvaneswar and jaipur to look after its statutory responsibilities . in order to enable the NCTE to perform the assigned functions including planned and coordinated development and initiating innovations in teacher education,the NCTE in Delhi as well as its four regional committees in teacher education ,the NCTE in Delhi as well as its four regional committees have nonadministrative and academic wings to deal respectively with finance , establishment and legal matters and with research,policy planning, monitoring , curriculum,invitational ,coordination, library and documentation and in service programmers,the NCTE head quarters is headed by the Chairperson ,while each Regional Committee is headed by a Regional Director.
The Council:-The National Council for Teacher Education ,Commonly knows as General Body of the N.C.T.E,is constituted by the government of india under section of the N.C.T.E Act. it is the high decision – making body of the N.C.T.E.it lays down policy,frames regulations and takes final decisions on various aspects of the mandate given to the N.C.T.E under the N.C.T.E Act.

N.C.T.E- HEADQUARTERS:- The N.C.T.E Headquarters is located at New Delhi.It is headed by the Chairperson,N.C.T.E . He is assisted by the Vice-Chairperson , the Member-secretary and various other officers to look after academic,regulatory and administration matters , The headquarters is mainly responsible for laying down policy guidelines , norms and standards for various teacher education programmers , conducting and promoting research and innovations in teacher education and performing various other academic functions as envisaged in section 12 of the NCTE Act and Consideration of appeals under section 18 of the NCTE Act.
Bachelors Degree in Education (B-Ed):– The college offers bachelors degree in Education affiliated to kakatiya university and Recognized by N.C.T.E. The duration of the course is two years and the intake is 100 students from different streams like mathematics, Biological science, physical science, English method and social sciences.

The students at MS college of education experience an impressive and unforgettable academic life having spacious classrooms , laboratories and play ground , The students have a close interaction with the facility members which helps them for all round development . The students will be made into small groups with an in-charge mentor to carry out different programs in the college both curricular and co-curricular.Being a professional courses the teacher preparatory courses have there major components (a) theoretical orientation (b) school experience and (c) practical work , sound exposure to all these aspects are enjoyed by the students at MC college of education campus.

The theoretical orientation for B.ED students including core subjects such as philosophical and Psychological foundations of education.these subjects aim at helping the students teacher in formulating their own authentic responses to reality ,to situate education to the social context,develop a better understanding of the needs interests and abilities of the learners and to create effective learning situation .subject like systems of education , school administration , education technology , computer education along with content cum methodology courses in different school subjects make an inseparable part of the theoretical orientation and pedagogical thirst in teacher education.
The component school experience or exposure to the life at school includes class room teaching for practical for specified period and participation in academic and social – cultural life at school. Adequate preparatory exercise in the form of demonstration lessons discussion of lessons & lesson plans , micro – teaching and experiments in science subjects are conducted in the college . The third component is the practical work which include projects like community work , cultural studies , personality development ,communicative English,SUPW,school study etc.make students gain practical experience in various aspects apart from the above mentioned components our college has taking special interest fro self development of the teacher trainees in the following areas yoga,SUPW ,music after the college hours .
The students participate in different literary, sports and games competitions conducted at college , inter college and university level . In addition to all these to widen the mental horizon and ot depend he intellectual abilities of the pupil teachers , various extension  lectures were organized in the academic and other allied fields of teacher education.

PSYCHOLOGY-LAB

The college consists of well equipped psychology lab.the lab has the facility for 20 students to conduct psychology practical at a time. the measurements of the lab are as per norms prescribed by NCTE . The lab has apparatuses and paper pencil tests and scales such as intelligence tests (performance , verbal and non-verbal,aptitude tests,creativity tests, personality scales , attitudes scale , interest inventories ,memory tests,etc.

Computer Education-Lab

The compute lab is equipped with LAN & Internet facility , the students are given theoretical instruction and practical experience in various aspects like MS-DOS,MS-WINDOWS,Publisher,per point,EXCEL , MS-Word and techniques in using internet for collecting information, individual care is taken on every student to impart more knowledge on computers with practical experience . we also train students to use printers to make a hard copy with a soft copy.

Science-Lab

Learning by doing is the one of the cardinal principles of teaching science. For an effective and efficient teaching in science  ad good laboratory  with necessary equipment is essential. We do not aim at stuffing the minds of the pupils with mere facts of science but at developing in them the application ability, scientific attitudes, interests, appreciation  etc. these can be achieved only if the students get the opportunities to work with their own hands in an atmosphere witch pervades in science teaching. The science lab consist of multiple sets of science apparatuses required to  perform and demonstrate all the experiments prescribed in the secondary and senior secondary classes in physics , chemistry and biology.

Language-Lab

Language lab plays an important role on learning a language, like content subjects, LANGUAGE also has its won laboratory under the name of LANGUAGE LAB. Different activities are taken up to develop listening, speaking, Reading, Writing and other communicative skills in language. Our language lab consists of a RADIO,TAPE RECORDER,TELEVISION,DVDP LAYER,CD’s to develop listening skill, charts related to language and phonetic transcription symbols which helps the students develop self learning in language.Our language lab is also equipped with LANGUAGE TEXT BOOKS , MAGAZINES Reference books , THESAURUS, Dictionaries and Encyclopedias.

Library is most important and occupies a central place in an educational institute which helps in creating ideas academic atmosphere. The library is the heart of his institution which fosters the pursuit of academic excellence. The library gas a balanced collection  of books on subjects of prescribed study such as PHILOSOPHICAL,SOCIOLOGICAL, & PHYCHOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS , SYSTEMS OF EDCATION & SCHOOL MANAGEMENT,COMPUTER EDN & EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY,COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH & different  school subjects , books on CURRENT TRENDS, JOUNNALS on educational aspects and issues.  The library has “THE REFERENCE  SECTION” Which consist of number of DICTIONARIES, ENCYCLOPEDIAS. The library has a spacious reading room for the students to go through the Newspapers and journal during their leisure time.The college

Swatcha Bharat:-

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) or Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM):- is a nation-wide campaign in India for the period 2014 to 2019 that aims to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India’s cities, towns, urban and rural areas. The campaign’s official name is in Hindi and translates to “Clean India Mission” in English. The objectives of Swachh Bharat include eliminating open defecation through the construction of household-owned and community-owned toilets and establishing an accountable mechanism of monitoring toilet use. Run by the Government of India, the mission aims to achieve an “open-defecation free” (ODF) India by 2 October 2019, the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi by constructing 100 million toilets in rural India at a projected cost of ₹1.96 lakh crore (US$28 billion). The mission will also contribute to India reaching Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6), established by the UN in 2015.
